We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it. It must be unused and in its original packaging, with the seal still fully attached and not opened, cut, or removed. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To process a refund, you will need to ship the full underglow kit back to us. Once we receive and inspect the kit, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.

Damages and issues
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Make sure to reach out within 24 hours of delivery, as claims submitted after this time may not be eligible for a return or replacement.

When contacting us, please include your order number, clear photos of the item(s), and any relevant details so we can quickly review the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it for you as fast as possible and make things right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the only way to exchange is to return your unopened order with the seal still fully attached. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
