When will I get my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation.
In some cases, shipping may take up to one week depending on order volume. We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, and fast shipping is one of our top priorities.
Is there Warranty?
All Glowlabz underglow kits come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects under normal use.
If you experience any issues during this period, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos of the problem. Our team will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in its original packaging with the seal fully intact and not opened, cut, or removed. Proof of purchase is required.
To complete a return, the full underglow kit must be shipped back to us. Once we receive and inspect the kit, we’ll notify you if your return is approved and process the refund accordingly.
If the Glowlabz Kit is still new in box, an up to 10% restocking fee will be in place.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 5 hours of placing it. We process orders quickly, so requests made after this time may not be possible.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it for a refund as long as it meets our return policy. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can help you through the process.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Make sure to reach out within 24 hours of delivery, as claims submitted after this time may not be eligible for a return or replacement.
When contacting us, please include your order number, clear photos of the item(s), and any relevant details so we can quickly review the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it for you as fast as possible and make things right.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
